Return Policy — Sprout of Joy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sprout of Joy. If you need to return an item, please review our return conditions below.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through Sprout of Joy and operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition (unused and unworn)
• With all original tags and labels attached
• In its original packaging
• Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return, unless required by law.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@sproutofjoy.com with the following:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (required for damaged, faulty or incorrect items)
• Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please do not post items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process unauthorised returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
  We will assess the issue and, where approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label in line with Australian Consumer Law.
• Change-of-mind or sizing returns:
  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

4. Approved Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm its condition and notify you by email.
If the return is accepted, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution (refund, store credit or exchange if applicable, based on our full policies).

Items sent back without prior approval may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless the product is faulty:

• Gift cards
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window
